Futures Without Fear is a non-profit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our mission is to empower youth, support families, and end gun violence.
Futures Without Fear was born from tragedy, but built on love. Founded after the loss of both his son’s mother and later his son to gun violence, Kenn Collier Sr. turned grief into action, launching a movement for healing, prevention, and youth empowerment.

We believe that lasting change starts with addressing both the trauma and the systems that contribute to youth gun violence. Our work meets individuals where they are, with resources, support, and a roadmap forward into action, launching a movement for healing, prevention, and youth empowerment.
We provide emotional and mental health support to help families and youth process trauma, build resilience, and rediscover hope.
We intervene before violence happens—through community outreach, education, and neighborhood-based support.
We equip young people with life skills, career tools, and development so they can rise beyond and lead change.
We bring people together—survivors, advocates, mentors, and leaders—to create a united front against violence.

"My son is alive today because someone intervened."
“This isn’t just another program. It’s a movement. My son was headed down a dangerous path, but someone from theYouth Mentorship Team talked to him, showed him another way. He’s now back in school—and my son is alive today because someone intervened”
